We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mondaine timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, provided the watch is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Watch

  Place the watch back in its original Mondaine presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
